Step 1: Assessment
A personality assessment is conducted to determine you personality type using the hollard code personality type indicator.
Step 2: Analysis
Assessment is marked and analysed in order to establish the hollard code. Each code is specific according to your personality type. The code has 6 types.

The future is yours!!
Step 3: Counselling
Using the hollard code obtained from step 2 we can then commence with the counselling session as to you strengths and weaknesses. We will take you through each type in detail.
Step 4: Guidance
Once we take you through your code you will have a better understanding about your strengths and weaknesses. We will then provide you with guidance as to what career paths will suit you as person. We will also give you insights into what the career paths entail and how to go about pursuing you chosen career.
