RN Career Coaching is a career coaching organization which was established by its founder and current coach Mr. Rithesh Nundlal who was employed in the tertiary education sector for over 20 years. His experience stems across from teaching and learning to academic management. The reason for him establishing this organization is because of past experience’s assisting students in the tertiary sector who were identified as learners at risk. These learners where identified learners at risk based on their poor performance. The majority of these students who had difficulties was because they where misguided or choose a career based of certain factors. Our aim is to assist and guide the youth of our country with making this choice using our tools designed for this purpose. We use an assessment based approach in our process. A career choice is a life long choice and should be taken serious as this involves time and effort which cannot be wasted. Not forgetting the financial investment too. We aim to provide our students with the best advice and guidance for their career success
